Sauteed with white wine, herbs and garlic.

Fajitas Beef
Tender slices of marinated beef with green peppers and onions in a zesty tomato sauce; with rice, refried beans, guacamole and warm tortillas.

Pollo Tlacolole
Breast of chicken cut up and sauteed with onions, mushrooms and oregano. Served with Mexican rice and refried beans.

Creamy custard with caramel sauce.

Crepes filled with homemade Mexican caramel (cajeta).

This menu is only a suggestion. A gratuity charge of 18% will be added to the check. For forty (40) or more persons, this menu will be served family style or buffet style. The bar will be open with the bartender keeping track of the drinks and presenting a separate check at close of party unless other arrangements are made.
